“I feel like adults, they kind of have a hard time understanding. They say ‘oh we’ve been through the same thing’ and it’s just like, I don’t think so, cause when you were younger you weren’t going through a major pandemic,” Micaiah Brown 12, said. “For us I feel like we do have a hard time and it’s kind of hard to talk to adults and when we talk to students it’s like they’re going through the same thing too, so they’re trying to help you, while also trying to help themselves, so that makes it even harder.”
