“I was in foster care and my mom was on drugs,” Sharon Brantigan, 11, said. “Raising my sister was the biggest accomplishment of my life. I’m grateful for my foster parents because they’re strong people who inspire me on a daily basis. I’ve been with them for about six years and I’m happy to have them as my foster parents.”
