This edition of The Bruin Bulletin is the very first edition of the student-run digital news source for Western Branch High School and the Chesapeake, VA community. The Bruin Bulletin was designed with the students and community in mind. Each month, readers can look forward to breaking news; spotlight features of current students, staff, and alumni; a glimpse at the history of the school; sports highlights; arts and entertainment.

The Bruin Bulletin welcomes feedback via email and reader submissions. The adviser, editor and staff will review and consider all submitted writing. If students are interested in working full time on the publication, they can join the Newspaper club. The club meets after school on Thursdays in room F6.

There are several polls posted throughout the publication. The yearbook staff has submitted polls to collect information to use in their yearbook spreads. Please consider answering the polls to ensure widespread coverage for the yearbook.

The Bruin Bulletin would also like to congratulate Kiarah Bates on being named editor for the publication.
